How many times have you scrolled online or looked around you and compared yourself with others?
Wishing you would have something they do or be where they are?
It is so easy to look around and see only the highlights of other people's lives.
It is so easy to think you are not enough and not doing enough.
Babe, do you really need this extra pressure?
Today I am here to remind you of your brilliance, your unique journey and also three steps how to release that habit of comparing yourself with others.
- Remember:
If others can have it, so can you.
Instead of feeling jealous or comparing yourself, simply thank that person (in your mind) to show you what’s possible. - Remove:
The triggers in your life and online.
If there is something that deeply triggers you and you are not able to remove it and feel inspired by it, simply remove them.
Mute them online, unfollow, and it isn’t because you don’t like them, but because you like yourself and your peace even more. - Restore:
Restore the trust in yourself and your capabilities.
Create a list of 50 achievements you have done in your life. No matter how big or small write it all down and see how your perspective about yourself, your capabilities will start shifting.
Have this as an ongoing list.
You are not alone, my love, ever.

Are you ever so high on life that you are afraid to come down from that cloud 9?
We all have those days and feelings when we are feeling high and then we wake up the next day and are feeling like the world’s heaviness sits on our chest.
What I always invite my clients to is to observe their feelings, and witness them instead of ignoring them or sitting in them like it’s the end of the world.
Because when we are feeling happy and alive we don’t analyze those feelings, we are LIVING them and are present to them.
When negative feelings come up we tend to analyze them, sit in them, and think to ourselves, when this is going to be over?
Yet, how freeing it would be if we could just observe them with compassion?
Like a river that flows through us?
We can observe how we feel, we can ask ourselves, what brought this up and how can I feel better at this moment, yet we can do it without judgment and ignoring.
As what we resist persists.
No more ignoring your feelings, love.
Feel them, acknowledge them, welcome them, and know that this too shall pass.
You can also bring in the inner child work that I love doing with my clients.
Because when we are feeling low we are hard on ourselves and filling our minds with daunting shoulds…
Would you talk like you talk to yourself to five-year-olds?
I doubt it… Look at how you are feeling and treat yourself like a five-year-old.
How would you comfort her, how would you calm her down, how would you nurture her, make her feel better?
When you are feeling hard and judgemental towards yourself, ask yourself:
Why am I judging myself?
How can I bring more love and compassion to this situation?
How would I treat five year old me with these feelings?
Remember, I love you, I see you, I receive you!

I used to be pushing and striving for life that we are told the ideal life is
I was told the hard work will get you anything
I was challenged to let go of control and ask for help
Awareness is the first step to let go of control - we get to look on what and why we are doing it - then we can work through it
Focus on what you CAN control = your thoughts
Find more things that bring you more joy
Why do we need joy? We feel so much pressure to be the best in everything
Journal about my inner child
Her daily rituals are:
Morning routine - 30 minutes a day
- Movement
- Mindset - book, podcast
- Healthy breakfast
Putting myself first and giving myself some grace when my morning doesn’t happen as I would like to.
Last thing that’s on my heart:
You are not your circumstances.

Girrrrrl, are you ever struggling to shut your eyes? And forget your eyes, it’s about shutting that monkey mind to get enough restful sleep so not only we can get through the days but to really feel empowered to live our purpose.
I used to struggle with insomnia and so many sleepless nights left me feeling drained emotionally and physically.
Without the great night sleep we can’t really attract the best in our lives.
Here is what I do each and every night to get into the flow, feel refreshed and being the manifesting queen I can be.
1. No technology in my bedroom before bed
2. Rituals to get me from go go go into the flow
3. Set intention for the next day and do a recap of what can I celebrate that day
