First the pandemic, small businesses crushing, and now hate and violence, it is really time to stand up for what you stand for from a place of love, compassion, and eagerness to create really lasting changes.
You get to tap back into your core values and ask yourself what are your non-negotiable in life.
Because when you are clear on what you stand for, that energy is going to carry to everything around you.
Maybe you are not on the streets joining many protestors but you can still create lasting changes by checking in with yourself.
Each of us is going through these high emotions differently so we get to ask ourselves… what can I do?
Let’s ask ourselves what we can do daily?
Not only when terrible tragedies and violences happen, but in our everyday lives.
How can you be more loving, grounding, and share more light so we are all feeling supported.
Let’s take outer actions that matter, like speaking up, like voting, like donating.
And also, let’s take inner action where we are becoming the best version of ourselves, healing from within…

Are you a conditional lover?
Loving in the right conditions?
When the mood is right, when the weather is right, when the circumstances are pleasing to you?
When we LOVE from a place of compassion and non expectation we BEcome the LOVE we are searching for and wanting to give.
We can say I love you but…. In many ways…
And as many of us know when we say BUT in the sentence it deletes all we said previously.
As for example when we say…
I still love you ….
Or
I love you no matter what.
What this says is that there is a condition, there is something we did wrong but we are lucky because we are still loved.
That implies that we get to be following the rules or do things a certain way to “deserve” love.
How about we learn to LOVE ourselves and others from a place of love that is ALWAYS there?
What would it feel like knowing we can’t get it wrong, that we can be freely ourselves and there will be love?
Don’t you feel that lots of pain and harm would be prevented?
Ask yourself, how are you loving today?

1 hour to wind down

Start 1 positive habit a day - try it because you never know what you will like until you try

My self growth journey started when I went through a break up thinking something is wrong with me.
I discovered enneagram from my therapist who told me about it first.
I looked at what society said is “bad” without labeling it
There is no destination to get to. We get to practice self compassion.
Enneagram is psychology based 9 personalities
We carry 1 type through our lives
It gets behind the motivation of why we do what we do
Most people approach the test as what is the right answer instead of being open and honest
Think of yourself when you were 10-11 years old before you were wearing so many hats
Approach the test with self honesty.
Yet don’t let the test define you.
See the test and narrow it down to 2-3 personalities to get to your core type.
Use enneagram as a road map to self awareness.
Nurture vs. Nature - where ego had to protect you as a child to survive.
Sometimes we need the “outside” help first before we can go inside.
Listen up your intuition for guidance.
Daily Rituals:
I create promises to myself to commit to
I ask myself:
How do I want to honor my emotions?
How do I want to honor my body?
How will I have fun?

Be patient

How can I handle more if I’m overwhelmed already?
Consciously you might want more money, more clients, more freedom.
Subconsciously you’re still lingering in your limiting beliefs.
Will I be able to handle it?
How can I impact more people if I’m already overwhelmed?
Who am I to tell other women how to live their lives if my life is far from picture perfect.
In moments like this when conscious and subconscious minds are disconnected it’s time to drop into your heart.
It’s time to recognize that you’re always given all that you need at it’s perfect time.
I wouldn’t be able to handle 15 1:1 clients, online courses, membership and 5 figure months 5 years ago.
Heck, not even two years ago.
I evolved into a woman who can.
I hired a coach.
I healed my relationship with money.
I learned about finances.
I hired and trained my team and delegated what I could.
So I can keep growing and evolving.

Commit to this loving relationship.
Have a ritual with your intuition.
Tap into the person you want to BE and how do you want to FEEL.

Are you ever so high on life that you are afraid to come down from that cloud 9?
We all have those days and feelings when we are feeling high and then we wake up the next day and are feeling like the world’s heaviness sits on our chest.
What I always invite my clients to is to observe their feelings, and witness them instead of ignoring them or sitting in them like it’s the end of the world.
Because when we are feeling happy and alive we don’t analyze those feelings, we are LIVING them and are present to them.
When negative feelings come up we tend to analyze them, sit in them, and think to ourselves, when this is going to be over?
Yet, how freeing it would be if we could just observe them with compassion?
Like a river that flows through us?
We can observe how we feel, we can ask ourselves, what brought this up and how can I feel better at this moment, yet we can do it without judgment and ignoring.
As what we resist persists.
No more ignoring your feelings, love.
Feel them, acknowledge them, welcome them, and know that this too shall pass.
You can also bring in the inner child work that I love doing with my clients.
Because when we are feeling low we are hard on ourselves and filling our minds with daunting shoulds…
Would you talk like you talk to yourself to five-year-olds?
I doubt it… Look at how you are feeling and treat yourself like a five-year-old.
How would you comfort her, how would you calm her down, how would you nurture her, make her feel better?
When you are feeling hard and judgemental towards yourself, ask yourself:
Why am I judging myself?
How can I bring more love and compassion to this situation?
How would I treat five year old me with these feelings?
Remember, I love you, I see you, I receive you!

What do you do when you are feeling emotionally low energy?
Do you dwell on what’s not working or you give yourself the permission to feel your feelings and also see what could you see as a gift in that situation?
My birthday was not as I planned.
I was supposed to be surrounded by dozens of women for my annual live event Meant for More.
I was supposed to be getting ready for my trip to see my family in Europe.
I was supposed to be planning a women's weekend retreat in Las Vegas.
Yet, I’m sitting on the front porch of a cabin in Northern California and even though I see all the beauty around it isn’t getting under my skin as it normally does.
I felt sadness, I felt disappointment and hopelessness.
And I allowed myself to feel it so it can pass through me instead of staying within me.
I allowed myself to share how I am feeling with my love and with my grandma too.
My grandma shared with me that she feels like the Universe is testing us.
Testing us and giving us obstacles so we fight.
When I heard that, it didn’t feel right in my body.
So I invited myself and my grandma to a new idea.
What if the Universe, Source, God isn’t testing us?
What if it is giving us all we need for the next step so we can be where we are meant to be.
And as with anything in life and business you get to ask yourself what is the gift in this?
What can happen because the things didn’t happen as I planned but it might be according to some bigger plan?
I want to invite you to do the same.
Look around and ask yourself, what is possible for me now in my life because the things get to be different.
We get to turn around the obstacles and do the best.
Because if not, what’s the alternative?
Suffer and live in an expectations hangover?
