Do you ever feel like you blank out when you write about the journal?
I know I have.
Like, I heard journaling is good for me, that I should do it..yet..what do I write about?
The kind of journaling I grew up with was kind of a complaining one. Like what went wrong in the day and what would I like to change.
And as you can imagine, this kind of journaling brought me more of the things to complain about lol
Now I want to share with you the one exercise that shifted it all for me, especially my mindset.
Instead of writing about what’s wrong and what’s not working I started to journal about the positive aspects.
Yes, looking on the brighter side really does have an effect on us and our mind.
For any area you would love to improve, finances, relationships, love, work, health, peace, write the topic on the top of the page and then write down the positive aspect about that topic.
You might not have yet hundreds and thousands of dollars to celebrate, yet, I can guarantee you there are good things about what is NOW in your life.
When we can focus on what is working, what can we celebrate, more to celebrate comes.
This is a consistent practice.
You can do it before you go to bed or have a separate small journal you can have around you throughout the day and write in the things that are good about the topic of your focus.
Don’t disregard this as “too simple”. The simpler it is the easier it is to follow through and the less resistance the mind will give you.
Make it easy for yourself and take the path of least resistance.
You deserve it!

Not like you need saving girl, YET today I want to share with you three easy steps on how to become a manifesting magnet!
Sometimes we all deep inside of us are screaming for help, guidance and advice and might feel afraid to let it out and ask for the S.O.S.
Today I am bringing it to you :-)
S.
Specific Goals
You get to be specific about your desires. You can’t just say, I want to be financially free.
Ask yourself:
You get to know what that would look like for you?
How much money you want to make a week, a month, how much money you see on your account when you log in online, how much you have saved, invested etc.
Be specific in your wishes YET when journaling about them or thinking about them you get to say:
This or something better.
Open yourself
You get to open yourself to wilder possibilities.
When we desire something we look right, left, we look at our past and base our desires on being “realistic”.
What we have seen was possible in our parents, friends, and our environment.
Once we can open ourselves to something bigger, better, we are allowing things that were up until now out of our radar to come.
Ask yourself:
What would it feel like….
What would it be like…
What would it look like….
What would it smell like…
When you receive your desires?
When you ask yourself these questions your subconscious mind isn’t fighting it with reality check, it is open for the possibilities.
And it is the new possibilities that can bring it in.
Surrender
I am raising my hand here as the one who tried to control it all. For the sense of control and stability I have created eating disorder for over 18 years, I invested money and time in toxic relationships to feel loved and validated and I truly wish something better for you love.
What I desire for you is abundance, flow, ease, effortlessness.
When we surrender we relax, when we relax, we open, when we open we can receive.
Ask yourself:
Where in my life I can let go of control?
Where in my life I can give myself permission to relax?
How can I surrender even more in my life?
What would it feel like in my body to fully let go of uneasiness?
These S.O.S steps are so easy to take.
Also they are easy not to take.
It is truly in your hands to become the manifesting magnet to all of your desires.

Everything in our lives is about relationships.
Relationship with selves, with our friends, family, team, boss, clients, food, money…
We get to ask ourselves if how we are treating money we would like to be treated?
Most of the time the answer is no, yet, there’s nothing to be ashamed of.
As Maya Angelou wisely said:
“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Now that you know better you can choose again and create a relationship that is fulfilling.
Write down how YOU would like to feel in a relationship, how would you like to be treated?
For example:
With love, care, respect, having fun, feeling free to be me, nurtured, heard, etc.
Now that you know how YOU want to feel, ask yourself how can you make money feel that way?
You can start by writing it a letter on your weekly dates, having your weekly dates that feel fun and are connecting you with money.
Imagine money as your lover, friend or a family member.
When we treat money as just a thing that’s what it becomes. Thing that is lifeless and we can’t predict.
Yet, when we treat money with energy of love, respect, and as a close person we love, that is what it becomes. Always available, supportive and loving.
Remember, the difference between source and channels.
Your clients, job, parents, family, friends, that’s not your source of money or abundance. Those are just channels and channels can always be created and changed.
Your source of money is the universe, source, God, whatever you believe is the higher power that is keeping us and all alive and working :-)
When you are thirsty you can go drink water from a tap at home, yet when it’s broken you won’t freak out that you will die of thirst, because you know there are different channels where to get water.
Same goes with money. There are always more channels and when you can relax and surrender to that infinite power that’s when you tap into the continuous abundance (and inner peace, knowingness, bliss, happiness) …
For your weekly money date:
- Create a fun and feel good environment - ask yourself what would be fun on a date?
Candles, crystals, essential oils, music, food, drinks??
Do just that and each week play with something new or celebrate what feels the best for you. - Get a wall calendar and write on it each and every income of money from any sources - then do weekly sum of it (and also at the end of the month sum of the month) I love using highlighter to make the individual sums stand out
- Get nice journal for your journaling and letters with money
I love starting with hot cacao, essential oils and setting intentions for the date and then I write an appreciation letter to money. Sometimes it's a forgiveness letter if I abandoned it or didn’t check on it or didn’t trust it will come.
Under that I write the Weekly Abundance - that I get from my calendar - Individual income and then highlight the sum for the week.
Then I move into How am I circulating money (it’s like a dream list how am I using money when I have more than enough of it)
Then I am done or if I want more I write about - Short term financial goals and next Long term financial goals
Get a bigger journal where you can write a different investments each week you write what you have invested in -
Business, Personal, Groceries, Eating out, Bills - are examples of my monthly investments.

When you eat something ask yourself how much water it contains?

Amy Zhou:
A certified Health Coach and Medicine Woman that specializes in teaching women (and men) how to heal their body, mind and spirit naturally at home.
While attending Stanford University, she worked with some of the best physicians, researchers, and doctors at the Stanford Medical Center. After graduation, Amy worked as an engineer at a breast cancer medical device startup. During her time in the medical field, many of her encounters revealed to me that while Western medicine is extremely effective for emergencies and surgeries, there has been very little breakthroughs in healing chronic illnesses.
With this in mind, she switched career paths and became one of the youngest, and most highly recruited executives for multi-million and billion dollar e-commerce startups. I worked for Rent The Runway, Shoedazzle, Justfab, and more.
While working as a female executive, the pressure and stress started to lower her immunity.
For over the last decade, Amy suffered from chronic eczema, acne, psoriasis, anxiety, hair loss, and allergies.
In 2017, she decided that I've had enough. So she enrolled myself into IIN, got her health coach certification, and started to view and love her body from a whole different perspective.
Through this journey, she is ever so grateful for her mentors and guides, especially the works from Edgar Cayce, and Anthony William. They have opened her eyes to the truth behind our own healing abilities.
Today, her mission is to create programs, products, and services that will easily share this healing wisdom to anyone who is seeking.

Everywhere you look these days people are talking, writing, and posting about manifestation, abundance, prosperity.
We all want to create more of that, don’t we?
We are looking into ways to create more money, more freedom, more fulfillment.
These days more than ever people are awakening into their truth and are realizing that there is more in life than what they are currently experiencing.
There are three things I do each and every day to stay in the flow and keep attracting abundance.
- Morning Routine
You get to start your morning feeling like the goddess you are.
When we wake up feeling rushed, we feel frustrated and irritated during the day too.
And you don’t need to do one or two hours as I can do now. Five minutes can change your life. Because you start your day feeling more clear, centered, and confident.
Right upon waking up ask yourself:
What am I grateful for?
What am I excited for?
What is the one thing I will do for myself?
I know you are a generous soul and want everyone around you to be happy, yet many of my 1:1 coaching clients learned quickly that when you give yourself space, you are also creating the space for the abundance in your life. - Looking for the Goodness
It is so easy to see what is wrong in our lives and what is wrong in the world.
Yet what we focus on expands.
Look around you throughout the day and look for what is right, what feels good? How can you celebrate what’s working?
This way you are training your mind to find the good instead of staying in a survivor mode.
And this my love is what’s going to bring you the inner peace. - Night routine
The way you are finishing your day will determine what your mind will be working on. You might go to sleep yet your mind keeps going and will keep working on what you have done or thought about before your bedtime.
Especially the things you have engaged in the last 45 minutes before your sleep.
That’s why it is important to turn off your technology at least one hour before you go to bed.
Do something that will make you feel in love with yourself and your life.
Like journaling, reading, self-massage, essential oils, candles.
Relax and celebrate the day.
Before I go to sleep I write the things that made me feel abundant and good that day.
This way you are going to be feeling relaxed and that everything is working out for you.
This is how you can go through the day feeling more positive and relaxed.
When you relax you trust, when you trust, you surrender and when you surrendered the Universe can bring you all the abundance and prosperity because you are being tapped into who you really are.
And remember my love:
You are perfectly made for your purpose.

How many times you came from a shopping spree back home and felt even more empty and unhappy than when you began?
Been there, girl.
The trips to do my shopping therapy were several times a week.
And the thing is that the feeling of aliveness, satisfaction, and validation I was looking for didn’t come.
Along my journey, I got to learn the difference between spending my money mindlessly and investing my money mindfully.
Money isn’t a thing to be spent.
Money is an energetical being that wants to be respected, appreciated, and cared for.
When I started to ask myself questions that grounded me in the present moment, I was able to BE present with money vs just keep buying presents on presents.
Questions I asked myself before I swiped the card or press the BUY button were:
Will this make me fulfilled long term?
Will I be excited about this purchase tomorrow or in a week?
I am just looking for a quick fix?
Is this a heck yes in my body?
When you check in with your intuition YOU know the answers.
I started to invest in things that are aligned with my long term vision (and yesssss it does include cute dresses and shoes lol).
I invested in new 1:1 mentor, in hiring new team members who are experts in their industry, invested in new clothes that are a heck YES for me and my soul with who am I being, I invested in further education - like neurolinguistical programming and human design courses.
All these things are a heck yes in my body and some of them might be scary (mentorship and new team members I want to generously take care of) yet it feels aligned with me and my long term vision.
So, I wonder, love, where do you normally spend your money mindlessly?
And how would it feel like to start investing and attracting even more abundance in your life to invest even more?

Daisy practices evolutionary astrology - which uncovers the souls lessons and evolution through the birth chart - including the unresolved karmic pattern you were born with, and how you may still be living out this habitual ‘shadow’ side. She grew up with a fascination and intrigue for spirituality and metaphysics. About 7 years ago a passion was ignited in Daisy. She began exploring this metaphysical science, alongside other spiritual and holistic tools. Daisy was self-taught for a few years before enrolling at the Sydney Astrology School in 2016, whom certified her as a practicing astrologer after 4 levels and 3 years of in-depth study. Daisy continues to take multiple courses that deepen her astrological and psychological knowledge. She has studied under astrologers such as Steven Forrest, Tom ‘Kaypacha’ Lescher and Debra Silverman, bringing even more spiritual depth into her practice.
