Hey love,
This weekend is my birthday and I was reflecting for the past few weeks on how I got where I am today.
See, it took me over three decades to stop looking for happiness outside of me.
And those three decades include:
- Toxic relationships
- Overcoming eating disorder
- Attempt of suicide
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Running away from home when I was 18
- Living in 5 different countries
- Saying yes to what felt like heck no in my body
- Divorce with a narcissistic husband
- Listening to countless motivational videos
- Reading hundreds of books
- Hiring mentors and coaches
- Dozens of live events attending
I felt like I had done all the right things yet didn’t feel right.
I was always chasing.
I was always DOing.
Without the feeling of peace, fulfillment, and joy I so desperately wanted.
I knew I had to shift.
So I started to look for the missing piece and ask myself better questions.
What is that I truly want in my life.
Not what I am expected to do, not what I am good at, but what do I want?
At that moment I realized that all people-pleasing aside, I simply didn’t feel worthy of having what I desire.
I felt like others could have it because they know something I don’t or that they have something special.
Not until the moment that I forgave myself for the past and all my lessons, was that I realized that I was perfectly made for my purpose.
I am who I am because it’s perfect for the life I am creating here and now.
How can YOU embody the qualities that YOU desire in your life now?
How can you accept what was knowing it was part of your journey but it isn’t YOU?
What could your life look like if you believed you are worthy of all of your desires?
Because I don’t want you to waste decades of life trying to figure it out, doing all the work when all it really takes is to take a step back and embody your worthiness BEFORE you do any more work.
It might be my birthday yet I want to celebrate YOU!

How do you feel when you look back in your life??
The choices you have made, the obstacles you have faced?
Some can look with a sense of pride and accomplishment yet many look back and feel the frustration, guilt or blame.
Now that we as a collective are facing uncertainty with the COVID-19 we can feel fearful and not sure how we will overcome this one.
I personally feel that this is such a great time to reflect, to ask yourself what is really important in your life and how can you come out of this even better not bitter.
With the sense of not knowing what will happen, we can always look back at our past obstacle and instead of blame or shame we can offer ourselves some grace and see what was it that helped us overcome it?
What have you done to overcome past obstacles?
Who did you have to BE to get over that hurdle?
When you look back and see that you overcame that obstacle and came on the other side you will feel more confident.
You will tap into the knowingness that this too shall pass.
That you will come out of this and you will be even more grateful, even more, connected to yourself and others and even more resourceful.
Take this obstacle and see it as an opportunity.

Do you ever feel like you are in the car riding through life and you are not sitting in the driver seat?
Many of us experienced this feeling in one way or another when we felt that others had more to say about who we are, what we should do or who we should be.
And then it comes from others it’s easier to shut it off or create boundaries than it is when who is bringing you down is your own inner critic.
What happens is that we are trying to ignore it and are hoping that it will disappear.
Yet, like when you imagine a little kid in a grocery store, screaming loudly about what it wants when parents are not paying attention, the same way your inner critic will become louder and louder when you are trying to ignore it.
The way to overcome it is to listen.
Write down all the things that your inner critic says to you.
You are not good enough.
Who do you think you are?
Why would someone want to be with you?
Look at yourself and get your stuff together.
You are such a loser.
Now…..these might not be comfortable, yet it is so freeing to write it on paper. Paper can take it all.
Once you do write it all down, ask yourself.
Is this really true?
Most of the time the answer will be no.
THAT is your chance to choose again.
What do you know to be true about you?
I am loving, I am compassionate, I am resourceful, I am supportive, I am generous, I am open to accept myself….
Write these new truths for you and anytime your inner critic comes up say:
Thank you for letting me know and what I am choosing now is to be…….
Let me know what is the one thing that your inner critic says and let’s rewrite it together, shall we?

Are you using your default emotions?
Emotions are data - what was the earliest emotion that was very strong? An experience that shook you?
What did you feel at that moment?
Have a heart to heart conversations with yourself.
Daily Rituals:
Prayer, appreciation, and gratitude
2 hours a day of moving my body
Emotional feedback - checking in with myself
2x a year intention setting
Each hour of each day - Ask yourself: Are you happy? Are you enjoying this?
Create your BE -> DO list
Who do you want to BE? And what would that person you want to be DO?
Last thing that’s on my heart:
This is your life, you are responsible for living it.

Are you feeling like you are in a constant rush?
Rushing through morning, day, life?
Feeling that when you are not DOing something you are of no value?
Especially these days when we as a collective are facing a new crisis we get to collectively pause.
Instead of rushing even more, and feeling frustrated and frantic of now being able to do what we have planned for, how can we pause and slow down?
How can we tap into our feminine flow and ask different questions that are making us feel empowered instead of frustrated?
In order to be able to receive abundance you get to slow down my love.
You get to take a deep breath and instead of keep doing, hustling, giving, you get to open your arms to receive.
And sometimes the receiving part feels uncomfortable, and unknown as we were raised to serve, to nurture, to take care of others.
It is noble to do that, yet we get to learn to complete the circle.
There’s no giving without receiving as you are denying others to give to you.
Today I invite you to write a list of things you are already receiving.
And as you are writing it, do it in an environment that feels good to you, that feels expansive to you.
When we open up and celebrate the simple ways we are receiving now, as a smile, hug, sunshine, fresh air, peace of mind, message….we open up to even more receiving as with that simple act of acknowledging the receiving we are softening into our feminine.

I was told the hard work will get you anything
I was challenged to let go of control and ask for help
Awareness is the first step to let go of control - we get to look on what and why we are doing it - then we can work through it
Focus on what you CAN control = your thoughts
Find more things that bring you more joy
Why do we need joy? We feel so much pressure to be the best in everything
Journal about my inner child
Her daily rituals are:
Morning routine - 30 minutes a day
- Movement
- Mindset - book, podcast
- Healthy breakfast
Putting myself first and giving myself some grace when my morning doesn’t happen as I would like to.
Last thing that’s on my heart:
You are not your circumstances.

In these times of uncertainty and fear more than ever we are looking into different ways to stay HIGH vibe and I will be sharing with you today how to find your inner peace when outside it feels so dark and stormy.
- Let me remind you that where your focus goes your energy flows
What people, situations and circumstances are you looking at these days?
Check-in with yourself if you are looking at the lack or if you are looking at the things that feel good on the inside.
The neighbors coming together to help each other, the free deliveries home, people supporting one another and also small businesses.
What is that you notice when you look around?
You can always choose your focus again.
Ask yourself:
What is working right now?
What is the gift in this situation?
What are some new opportunities these times? - What is that you CAN do?
You might not be able to travel, go to work, host or attend live events but ask yourself:
What did I wish I had time for before this?
What do I have now more energy for?
How can I create more space in my life? Physically and emotionally?
Who do I want to BE when this is all over? - What if this would be your choice?
Many people might feel powerless because they had to change, cancel their plans, or don’t have a steady income right now.
I know my mom was one of them when she was sent home with only 60% of her monthly pay and as she lives almost from paycheck to paycheck and doesn’t have much savings she is affected by this.
Luckily I am able to help her and send her money monthly, however, not everyone has that support.
Even if this feels like it isn’t your choice, what if it was?
What if you would say I want to stay a month or two home, what would you do?
Would you finally start the podcast?
Create a Facebook group?
Host online webinars?
Start a blog or write your book?
Now think about it like it IS your choice what is that you can do now?
And remember, anything that you are experiencing and feeling in your inside world is going to show in your outside world.
What world are you choosing to create?
This too shall pass and you ARE NOT ALONE, all of us lightworkers, healers and lovers of life are coming together to raise the vibration and keep healing.
