I found my radiance through connecting to oneness and kundalini yoga
To get approval and attention from my dad I blocked out my feminine side as I was comparing myself to my brother
Our patriarchal world is set up on masculine energy, on doing, analyzing, performing, progress
I was trying all the masculine hats and this trying so hard wasn’t fulfilling
All of this hard-working led me to sickness
What catalyzed changes in my life was being unwell then I learned to trust my intuition
I found Kundalini yoga by accident on a podcast
I was craving spirituality without even realizing it

Have you ever heard that quote -
Don’t look back you are not going that way?
I used to find this inspiring until I realized that I was constantly running.
Running from myself, running from the past, putting all of the trauma and negativity under the rug so I can’t see it. And when we don’t see it we can’t feel it, right?
Not so much my love.
In order to create an abundant life, you get to embrace it all.
The past, present and future.
You get to make peace with your past, acknowledge it and understand why you are who you are.
One of the biggest parts that forms who we really are today are our parents.
You might love them, hate them, ignore them, whatever you want, yet they will always be a big part of you.
That’s why I want to share with you my three steps to heal your relationship with your parents so you can move forward in a direction that is really true to you.
- Take a radical responsibility
You are the creator of your life and your experiences.
I believe we have picked our parents before we were born to this world for the experiences we needed in this lifetime.
So, if you have picked them, why would you blame them now? Isn’t it more empowering to be the chooser and creator? - See your parents as a little child
It is so easy to point fingers at our parents because they didn’t meet our expectations.
Would you though speak to a little child like you are speaking to an adult?
Next time you think about or speak to your parents you imagine them as a little child vs an adult who you feel you have to prove and validate yourself to. - Distance yourself from those who weigh you down
You don’t serve anyone by dining your light.
BE the change you want to see in the world and others will be inspired by you.
Even when it means to distance yourself from those who can’t meet you where you are.
Love them, stay connected, and create boundaries that feel right to you.

Your energy type, your strategy, your authority
Be where you are
Do the unsexy work of shadow work
Do the does of the alignment
Allow yourself to be aligned as we were all programmed to be out of alignment
As a projector, I ask myself - what are the two things I am excited today to do, to get done?
If you are not turned on by the doing step back and go create
When you are excited you are magnetic
Build your business from a place of ease

As all day I receive other people’s energy it is important to let go and release all the energy before the end of the day
Last thing that’s on my heart:
You are already ready.
It is scary to take the first steps but just take the first one. The first step that feels just a little bit better, just a little bit more aligned and the others will unfold.

7 steps that helped me to manifest my dream life

Often I get asked how did I get from hating my body, my life, attempting of suicide, almost two decades of bulimia (eating disorder), toxic relationships and mental and physical abuse into owning 6 figure online coaching biz, having an amazing team, working with my soulmate clients and marrying the man of my dream in two months?
I wish there would be a simple answer that I could point you to so you too can create a life that feels abundant and fulfilling to you on the inside. And even though there is no magical wand I could use to wave and make your life right for you, what I can do is to share things that helped me on my journey.
Here we go:
- Healing my inner child
When we disconnect from our inner child that all it wanted was to be loved, heard, and seen, we recreate all these needs in our adulthood.
What that means is that the hurt we were feeling when growing up (whether there is a big trauma, or your parents were just too busy to tackle you at night) those hurts are known for you and will keep appearing throughout your life. You will create those same feelings in your work, relationships, your health, your finances. Until you slow down enough to ask yourself:
What is that I really needed to hear and feel when I was growing up?
Allow the answers to come slowly to you, whether it is the same day or when you are not expecting it at all.
Give yourself what you have needed when growing up. The love, the attention, the listening ear, the safety.
Only when we reconnect with our inner child can we rise above and start attracting new things and people who are more aligned with who we are becoming vs who we used to be. - Forgiving myself and others
So often we are holding on to past hurts and blaming others for who we are and where we are.
Yet, when we are bitter towards others we are only poisoning ourselves with this bitterness. I have created a Forgiveness Framework that I teach my 1:1 clients and on my in-person events (if you want it email me at hello@petiakolibova.com)
I allowed myself to forgive myself for how I treated myself and others in the past.
I allowed others to be my teachers vs my abusers.
I allowed myself to create space through compassion vs judgment.
Who do you get to let go and forgive? - Became unapologetically ME
Getting clear on who I am and what I stand for changed everything in my life! Knowing what are my core values and learning how to embody them was the foundation on how I was able to let go of what didn’t align anymore with who I am and who I am becoming. That clarity gave me confidence, that confidence gave me courage, and with courage my love, we are unstoppable.
When was the last time you checked on your core values and if you are still living them? - Released my scarcity mindset
Scarcity mindset isn’t only about money, even though it was a big part of my journey. Scarcity creeps in as not enough. I don’t have enough time, I don’t have enough money, I don’t have enough knowledge, I don’t have enough experience, let’s sum it up - I am not enough.
That was one of the biggest blocks for me. Believing I am not enough, that I am not worthy and lovable.
Until you realize that you can’t be outsourcing your worthiness and happiness you won’t be happy.
How can you start celebrating abundance in your life? What feels good and expansive? What feels right at this moment? What is working?
I created daily rituals for myself in the morning to feel abundant with time, I created weekly dates with money to heal my relationship with money, and these steps helped me to believe I can do and have my desires. - Let go of my need to do it alone
Raise your hand if you ever thought to yourself - I can do this better than anyone else, I don’t want to bother anyone, I don’t want to ask for help so people don’t think I am weak, silly, or stupid.
I am personally raising both of my hands love.
Been the older sibling put me in the position that I will take care of everything, I will be here to help, serve, and not allow others to see me struggling.
This led to burnout, mentally and physically struggling, and making me feel even more empty than ever.
It was the moment when I asked for help, help in my life from my best friend to do my meal preps when being full time in work, working on the side as a personal trainer and working on my bachelor in marketing and later on my master in business administration, help in my business from VA who did my email funnels and help from several mentors and coaches. Once you let your ego on the side and allow others to serve you with your gifts you create space to live in yours. That my love makes you magnetic! - Trusting my intuition
As women, we get often shut off to not feel our feelings. We are told we are too dramatic, too emotional, too much, not enough, etc.
Those words from others get under our skin so deeply that we disconnect from our feelings, from our connection to ourselves, from our intuition.
Our intuition is our divine right. Our intuition is our biggest guide and connection to our feminine wisdom.
My intuition literally slapped me in my face when years ago I had a meltdown when my ex-boyfriend talked to a girl in a club where we visited his friend.
I am not a jealous type as I always say - don’t do to others what you don’t want them to do to you - and go on with my trust.
YET that night I cried for no apparent reason and my ex told me I am crazy, why am I so emotional and took me out of that club upset and embraced.
Then I learned three years later via email from that girl he met that night that that was the first time they met and he had an affair with her secretly for the next three years.
My intuition knew right from that first moment and I didn’t trust it.
From that day of receiving the email, I promised myself to trust ME and what my intuition says.
Where in your life your intuition talked to your loud and clear and you didn’t listen?
Connect with that feeling in your body and let it guide you for the next time. - Healing my relationship with my body
Our bodies are our temples, vessels we have chosen for this lifetime, yet we are treating it like we can just go and get a new one next month.
I put my body under stress, pressure, self-hater for decades. From cutting my hands, bulimia, over-exercising, food restricting…
The things I did to my body because I felt something is wrong with me and I am not perfect, are things I wouldn’t do to my enemy if I would to torture someone.
Healing how you are feeling inside of your body. Learning how to be patient and loving with it is going to help you manifest your dreams.
Because if you are feeling stuck and hating inside of your body, forcing it to change and be what it isn’t meant to be, you will lose your precious energy plus you won’t be showing up as the real you.
And if you are not you how is the universe supposed to know who to deliver the gifts that are meant only for you?
These are some of the fundamental steps that help me on the past decade of my journey to rise above pain, hurt, doubt, and insecurities.
I am still on my journey and I will always be.
Because that is why we came here. To BE ourselves, unapologetically, to grow, to learn, to expand.
Allow yourself to BE you my love and allow yourself to heal your past.

If I would have asked you right now what do you want?
What do you really really want?
Not what you think you should want, you let family or friends want for you, but what you truly want?
What does that want feel like in your body?
Is it fun?
Is it expansive?
Is it enjoyable?
I doubt it...because the energy of wanting is telling us that you’re not having it.
To truly manifest desires in your life, you get to tap into the feeling of having them.
That’s how you overcome the gap of wanting into having.
I’m inviting you to close your eyes and imagine the desires you would like to have fulfilled in your life.
Slow down your breath.
Slow down into this present moment.
Now I invite you to imagine you’re having it, your desires came true.
What does it feel like in your body?
Having it, doing it, being it?
Give yourself permission to believe it’s possible, it’s doable, it’s right here right now.
Breath it deeply into your body.
Remember, the energy of wanting is the opposite of the energy of having.
When you have it you don’t think about it as missing/wanting it.
This visual exercise is the best to do before you go to bed so your subconscious mind can work on it while your conscious (analytical) mind is resting.

Manifestors - do what you want and stop asking others for permission, angry when feeling trapped
Projectors - here to create invitations, it is as simple as asking - can I share with you something…?
Reflectors - they show up depending on the environment they are in. Remember each moment is new and different as you are
Connect to your intuition
See if your spleen on your human design chart is defined (colored in) or open (white)
If defined - you are intuitive and you get to learn to trust it
When open - you are intuitive AND the fears of others amplify that in you so sometimes you can’t see / feel clearly your intuition

Are you living in your head?
One of the easiest yet most profound practices I teach my 1:1 clients is dropping from their minds into their hearts and reconnecting with their breath.
We are so used to live in our heads.
We are constantly thinking about who we are, where we are, how to feel safe, how to please those around us so we are feeling seen, heard and understood.
The challenge with living solely in our heads is that we disconnect from our truth.
Disconnecting from who we really are - a spirit who is using this mind and body to enjoy this physical world.
We get to learn how to get back to our bodies and feel connected and grounded again.
One easy way to do so it’s through your breath.
You can do this exercise anywhere and anytime to reconnect with your body and feel more grounded.
The focus is to be breathing into your belly.
As when we are breathing into our lungs we are activating our fight-flight-or-fright response because of the sympathetic nerve endings located in upper lungs.
Choose instead to focus your slow deep breaths into your belly.
Focus on slowly expanding your belly in and out.
When we breathe into our belly we are activating healing and creativity because of the parasympathetic nerve endings there, and also increasing blood in lower lungs.

Where are all my conscious mamas or future mamas?
As we are embarking on our new journey of planning baby I want to take you with me.
I realize that anytime we are creating something new there are fears, doubts, and I want you to know that you are not alone (as I am whispering to myself too the same).
The decision to hire a holistic fertility Dr. @drzagone came so naturally because I truly believe in the power of support and guidance of those who are experts.
And let me tell you, even when my friends were not understanding why when we are so healthy already we are hiring help, for me it was non-negotiable.
There are so many things that I didn’t know I didn’t know.
Especially after reading a book from DR. Jolene Brighten Beyond the Pill and the horror I felt after taking birth control for almost two decades.
There are so many more factors that are influencing us that didn’t our parents or our grandparents in such a magnitude.
Like plastics, daily exposure to EMF radiation, pesticides, GMO, toxic ingredients in our daily products like shampoo, dishwashing detergent, etc.
We think we are kind and healthy by eating fruits, veggies, skipping on alcohol, coffee and working out, YET there are so many more aspects that are influencing not only how we are feeling mentally, spiritually and physically, but those things are also influencing our future generations.
