Do you ever feel like there are deeper layers to your healing?
I bet I am not the only one who feels that there is more to uncover, more to heal, more to release in order to create even more impact and abundance.
I have been on this journey of healing for a lifetime and I know that this journey of unlearning and unbecoming will take this whole lifetime and maybe even a few more.
Yet I felt that I get to ask for even more help than just mentors, coaches, hypnosis, human design and astrology reading…
Those modalities gave me clarity and breathed life into me, yet I needed to go deeper.
Not only for myself, but for the babies we are planning to have with my husband, and for those of our ancestors who didn’t know how to heal themselves.
When I was driving from California with my husband last year on one of our many trips, I had a feeling of despair, of deep deep sadness and the way how I felt it in my body showed me that this pain isn’t mine. That this pain is from my ancestors and that’s why I listened to the call of doing Ayahuasca ceremony.
For me, it felt like reconnecting to my truth, to mother Earth and reconnecting to nature.
Last week we attended our third plant medicine ceremony and this time we have chosen the mushroom, or Los Ninos, as they call them here in Mexico.
My intention was to reconnect to myself, my heart, my creativity, my trust, my higher self.
I had the deep feeling of serving even more women yet I knew that just by changing my offers and how I coach isn’t going to be the answer to it all.

I see so many women around me who are still living in their smallest and not allowing themselves to expand, to see the greatness in themselves and wishing and hoping for more abundance, freedom and impact in their lives.
As I like to say, hope is not a strategy.
You get to learn to trust your intuition, your inner knowing and keep investing and growing yourself.
We came here to experience this world into its fullness not to be safe and small.

Have you ever been on the downward spiral of comparing yourself with others?
If you are anything like me it happens in your life more often than you would like to admit.
We could be blaming it on society's pressure on us to do do do and to achieve and perform.
OR
We could take radical responsibility and acknowledge what we are feeling AND choose something else instead.
It can be so easy to look around us and especially on social media and to feel we are not doing enough.
Comparing ourselves with others…
And like the old saying said:
The comparison is the thief of joy.
What we can do is to acknowledge what we feel and then ask ourselves:
Why is this triggering me?
What is the essence of what I truly see in having what they have?
Can I see this as an inspiration?
Is just the Universe showing me what is possible?
We get to recognize that we are perfectly made for our purpose.
And that no one and I mean NO ONE is you and that is really why you are here.
To live this life experiment your way.

Today my love I am not here to motivate you, to inspire you nor to tell you how to live your life.
Today I am here to share with you my journey and the truth of why I became a vegan and why it is non-negotiable for me in my life and for my family.
It really seems when I look back that life keeps showing us the way when we really pay attention.
The breadcrumbs are so obvious when we can pause and look.
It might have all started when I was a little girl and I was hiding from seeing how my family would slaughter pigs that we raise at home to make sausages and different meals.
It might have been encouraged when I was listening to Ralph from Deep Waters who was sharing his story of becoming vegan because of the energy that the animals have inside of the stress and fear.
Or it might have been because my husband showed me several documentaries of how animals are being treated, killed and what it really takes to come to our homes.
I can’t imagine anyone being able to watch these and keep eating meat.
The last drop was when I got the inspired idea of purifying my body and having my vessel to be deeply connected to my intuition and divine before I hosted my first live event Meant for More in Las Vegas in 2019.
I deeply wanted to serve women and inspire them so I wanted to do something for my body and soul that I have never done.
So in February 2019 on the first year anniversary with back then my boyfriend (today my beloved husband) we chose to become vegans.
And I have never looked back.
Not only it helped me (along with following the advice of Anthony Williams *medical medium* of celery juice and heavy metal detox smoothie) to heal my adrenal fatigue, insomnia, but also the years of inflammation in my knees.
I am still in a healing state of Hashimoto, YET after incorporating more nature, more fresh fruits and veggies and movement along with ocean and other bodies of water I was able to go from my TSH 11 into TSH 3.6. Which normal numbers are under 4 (A thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) test is a common blood test used to evaluate how well the thyroid gland is working. The thyroid gland is located at the lower front of the neck. TSH is produced by the pituitary, a pea-sized gland located at the base of the brain.)
Also, my antibodies that signaled that I am experiencing Hashimoto went from crazy high numbers of 110 into 10 in just a month and a half of being in Tulum, Mexico.
I am not here to preach to you.
I am here to share with you who I am being and how I am leaving my legacy.

Looking back on the past week when I hosted Heal the Healer Tulum retreat for women fills my heart with so much love and gratitude.
I experienced quantum leaps of our participants who were receiving clarity, confidence, love, support and focus on their next steps in personal and professional life.
Not only was I able to pour into these beautiful souls so they can heal and rise, I also received immense satisfaction (which for me as a generator in human design is life-giving!) to feel on purpose.
There is no greater pleasure and satisfaction for me in life than to know that I have sparked an idea, vision, or helped deeply heal a woman who is a leader, visionaire and lightworker, who will run with all she has learned and embodied.
These are the three steps that helped me and my clients to create quantum leaps in their lives:
1. Self-awareness

When you know who you are and what role you came here to experience your life gets into flow.
2. Invest in yourself
You can invest years of money, energy and effort in trying to figure this life alone OR you can invest in people who walk their talk.
When I am hiring a mentor I always ask myself - would I swap places with them? Are they living a life I want? Are they aligned with my values?
3. Heal deeper
Our healing has many layers.
Experiment with different modalities and allow yourself to go to dark deep places that can feel scary.
Allow yourself to be seen, vulnerable and raw, you never know who you are inspiring.
