WHY you do things is so much more powerful than what you do

I used to create things by looking outside and around me.

 

I used to look at other coaches and mentors and see what they have created success and thought that’s the WAY.

 

While the truth is the REAL way was inward.

 

After I launched a program last year when I was pregnant and all I heard was crickets I knew I had to reevaluate.

 

I had to ask myself...what am I really really confident selling? What am I excited to sell? What do the women I want to work with need right now...

Not when they grow, not when they have more time, more money..what do they need NOW so they can get on track of their desires.

 

Because women who hire me, already know they are meant for more, they already know their values and that they desire to enjoy life and their loved ones vs sacrificing their health and memories, they know they are on track for five-figure and multiple-five-figure months.

 

Some of them already got the taste of what five-figure months feels like, some of them already have six-figure business yet they don’t love how much work, sacrifice, burn out and overwhelm it took.

 

They are ready and already on their way, they just want to be supported, nurtured, and seen on this journey. They want someone to see their blind spots and cheer on them along the way.

 

For those women I couldn’t do what everyone else’s is doing.

For those women and myself I had to create something new, fun, exciting, to remind them what’s possible for them.

 

I started to create my new program from place of trust, from inward, from my heart.

And the day I shared it on my free masterclass we already had women who signed up, paid in full and are so eager and excited to change their lives and realities.

 

I started to create from my WHY and the WHAT is selling out so easily.

The one belief I ditched to attract $80K client

As I was talking to everyone I was dimming my light and diluting my message.

 

I had to ask myself…what do I really stand for…

 

Because I used to think that no one would care for a coach who …

 

Doesn’t drink coffee, reads labels on everything she eats, doesn’t drink alcohol, and instead does celery juice and herbal teas, is vegan and loves to read and research everything (hello 5/1 profile in human design 😝)

 

And then I realized I’m not taking my own medicine 🤔

 

I tell my clients to be uniquely themselves and I wasn’t doing it 😳

 

So I decided to own it all…

 

That I have a crazy Czech accent, that I care about what I eat and drink because it impacts my ability to be truly abundant, that I love my clients like family and they call me mama bear 🐻 or guardian angel…

 

I care and I care DEEPLY.

 

That’s how I attracted $80K client who buys all my offers and is in my 1:1 container for almost 3 years now.

 

Because when I’m more of me I attract those who are like me with more ease….

How to create five figure months with ease

I get to admit…

 

I take this very personally 🙋🏻‍♀️

 

For me seeing women who have gifts, who are deeply desiring to help others, who are here to do things differently (than just hustle and work hard and letting life passed by)….that are not abundantly paid breaks my ♥️.

 

Because I was that woman!

 

I used to charge $100 a session that took me an hour to prepare, an hour to lead, follow up and an hour or two to send detailed notes and strategies plus being in contact with my clients on an almost daily basis 😬

 

I LOVED coaching women and I felt burned out and frustrated that it’s taking so much time and energy.

 

I had to reassess how I serve and whom and what I charge.

 

I had to work through my old limiting beliefs that were instilled in me generationally.

 

I had to work on my mindset and energy.

 

I had to start feeling worthy of having a great life and not sacrificing my whole self.

 

Because that’s what I have seen in my grandma, my mom and so many women around me.

 

I don’t want this to be you.

 

I want you to have it all.

I am ditching the new years new me and goals and doing this instead

When the new year comes we feel almost obligated to have new goals, focuses and lining up our achievements for each quarter.

 

This year I am ditching the new year new me and all the goals.

 

This year I am asking myself instead:
What do I want to experience

Who do I desire to work with

What do I desire to see and feel

What is my intention for the year

 

I am releasing the pressure of goals, timelines, and numbers.

 

I am inviting spaciousness, playfulness and women I get to support as a mentor to grow and to be abundantly paid.
