On this episode:
Life-changing method of tidying up changed the course of my life
I heard about Marie Kondo from Tim Ferris podcast
I wanted to help people how they can do mindful declutter
When you are feeling overwhelmed and can't’ relax it’s your sign you get to clear up space
When you are pulled in all directions and can’t focus you get to set your priorities
Every thing has energy and require your attention
Set a stage for your vision - your dream life
Start with physical items first
Go through each and everything thing you own:
- Clothing
- Books
- paper
- Miscellaneous
- Sentimental
Choose what to keep vs what do you want to get rid off
Ask yourself:
Is this something that brings me joy?
To release:
Don’t keep something just in case.
Ask yourself:
- what is the cost of me holding on to everything?
- Does this fit into my dream life?
Pick three favorite items and compare them with the rest of the items.
Daily Rituals:
I refined how I relate to things
Asking myself: does this bring me joy?
Last thing that’s on my heart:
Accept who you are right now.
Get clarity by taking a step back and writing down your goals.
Choose gratitude
