Surprising ways on how to get to next level of abundance

You might think it is the next strategy, the next program, the next move you will take in your biz that will make the difference.
Yet you know the saying, all you need is within.
To access new levels of abundance you really get to create a new inner environment.
And I am not talking about adding more meditation or breathwork.
I am talking about treating your body as the temple it is.
Your body is the home for your soul and your consciousness this lifetime.
You chose it.
You get to make it a pure channel so you can get to new levels you haven’t experienced before.
It can be as simple as:
Starting to read your food labels and
- eliminate canola oil, flavors (all flavors are chemicals even when it says “natural”, dairy, gluten, corn
Start looking at your cosmetics and
- use apps like @thinkdirty to help you see which products are non-harmful
- eliminate any “fragrances” and perfumes
Know how your food comes to you
- I am choosing to be vegan because it matters to me what I put in my body and how to live beings are treated as that energy is sent into my body
When you eat meat you are not only digesting the produce you are digesting their fears and stress (aka adrenaline, cortisol that was released before they died), also hormones and antibiotics that many of these animals were treated with
Drink lemon water in the morning to flash your liver
Skip any fats in the morning so your liver can be detoxing
Drink celery juice by itself every morning to help deeper healing
Create healthy firm boundaries in your life, biz, and work
Stop using a microwave that kills all the nutrients anyways
Eat more homemade meals and slow down to be present in your food
Swap silverware for bamboo ware as every time you put metal in your mouth it sheds heavy metals in it
Minimize screen time in the morning and before bed
Eliminate alcohol and coffee as those two are harming your body, adrenals and pineal gland (numbing your intuition)
These are just simple (not saying easy) steps you can start taking to create an ELITE level of self-care and see how your life and abundance are shifting.
