How to survive the holidays in high vibe

As we embark on our personal and spiritual journey, sometimes it might feel as we want to bring all of those around us.
So we start telling them what to do, how to better live their lives, and are shocked when we found resistance instead of gratitude.
Don’t they want to live better?
Don’t they want to feel on purpose and aligned?
We wonder…
What I learned on my journey to positively influence others is:
- Don’t dim your light for those who chose to live in darkness
- Show people what it feels and looks like to live the life in light
- Come from a place of wonder and curiosity instead of judgement
Remember, we don’t serve anyone when we are using force or are lowering ourselves to others level.
We help when we truly live the life that we believe in by BEing it.
