About Veronica:
Veronica is a mother and a somatic practitioner who focuses on healing trauma through the nervous system. Her background includes Somatic Experiencing, Somatic attachment therapy, yoga, birth work, Holistic Pelvic Care and Reiki. Veronica believes in the body as the medium through which we heal trauma, embody our authentic self and unlock our capacity to create the life we want. She lives in Chicago with her family and loves gardening, dancing and cooking.
