Chad Gravallese is the creator of ArrowLight, and host of the show Connect Up. ArrowLight is an online education company devoted to helping freelancers who are just starting or struggling turn their side gigs into a thriving, full-time career. He helps them connect their way to their goals from the inside out by learning primarily communication and time management skills.
Before his career as a coach and trainer, he was a freelance videographer, where helped many businesses expand their audience online through video.
He was shy all growing up into his early 20's, and desperately tried to find career success without having to connect with people. When he became a new Dad, and had to support a growing family, he made a choice to overcome his communication weaknesses and through the help of amazing teachers and mentors, he found his voice and built a successful freelance videography business, and now is passionate about helping other people who are self-employed find their voice in their career.
