How to find and release your blind spots

Have you ever driven your car so focused on the road that suddenly a car appeared out of nowhere and it scared you?
These blinds spots when we are driving are not uncommon and we know about them.

However, what about the blind spots in your life?

Today I want to bring in the light on your blind spots so you can start seeing clearly your path. 

 

Ask yourself:
What am I pretending not to know?
What am I not wanting to see?
What am I ignoring?

When we get clear and look around in our lives we will find what we seek. 

 

You can see your blind spots when you allow your emotions to guide you. 

 

Ask yourself:
What weighs me down in my life?
What drains me?
What would I rather not have/do? 

 

These powerful questions really dig deep into your subconscious mind. 

 

Once you get answers by writing them down, don’t judge them, acknowledge them and release them.

You can use the power of the full moon to let go of the old. 

 

I personally love going to hike or to nature and burry the list of things I want to release or I burn them (safely).
