Enough is enough moment came when I binged drink and realized what kind of life I was living
When I heard the podcast from Lewis Howes I felt called and ready to do the inner work
I was exploring how can I shift my thoughts
The avalanches of free information online really helped me at the beginning of my journey
I got really clear on what I am available for and what I am not
Only then I was able to have leaned back and relaxed energy that attracted my man
I didn’t need him yet I was ready for him
You get to get clear on how do you want to FEEL with him and in the relationship
Be honest with yourself and let go of the perfect package you think you do want in man
Ask yourself what is the need that you want to fulfill
Tap into the energy of a women who is taken
Practice forgiveness work to let go
Look for evidence of possibilities
Love amplifies life
Being in relationship wasn’t for me about filling any void
What is important to you in a relationship?
Taking care of myself
Ask: What aren’t you honoring about yourself when you are not feeling well and loving
Treat your relationship as something outside of you not something that defines you
Value your alone time
Have healthy boundaries
Last thing that’s on my heart:
