Disconnect from distractions
Take action on your feelings
Try different modalities
See how it feels the clear YES and NO
Find someone who has results you want - and model them
We learn more of what people are doing vs what they are saying
Daily Rituals:
Allowed myself to be fluid
3 hours for me in the morning
Meditation
Earthing, touching plants, hugging trees
Non-linear movement - just moving my body
Last thing that’s on my heart:
